What if MS was cured

I am just finishing my memoir, but I’ve got the writing bug. So I’ve decided to carry on writing and all of my books (plural, lol) are going to centre around MS. First one set 300 years into the future where they’ve already cured MS! It might take me a while, lol

Need 2 things stop MS and then repair the damage, or re-program the body to stop it attacking us. Thats my cure : )
