Exercise ideas?

I realize that I do well with at home workout videos. I have a chaotic schedule and they really help me working out into an every day part of my routine rather than trying to squeeze in a trip to the gym. That said writing is a spice of life and I’m bored with the program. I have a suggestion for online workout videos either to purchase YouTube or streaming services? Love to have a few options in my back pocket, flexibility, balance cardio, and strength throughout the week. I would love to hear what everybody does at this point I don’t have any mobility restrictions and I’m hoping to keep it that way as long as possible.

I’v actually had loads of success using A.I. like chatgpt.com to steer my workouts 😂 With MS, energy can feel like a phone battery bought off Temu. One minute 87%, next minute the screen is dimming and you’re emotionally negotiating with a staircase. What really helped me was using a simple benchmark. I do 6 minutes on the treadmill first almost every session. Doesn’t matter if I’m training like a Spartan warrior or moving like a pensioner escaping a Lidl middle aisle. It gives me a quick “systems check” on fatigue, legs, balance and energy levels. Then I let A.I adjust the workout around how I’m feeling that day: low energy = mobility, stretching, light cardio decent day = strength work feeling elite = unleash the hounds 🐺 Honestly the biggest unlock for me was pacing. Not smashing yourself into the ground every session. Small repeatable wins stack up hard over time. For home workouts I used to love: P90X Insanity UFC Fit yoga/stretching stuff on YouTube resistance band workouts balance/core training The trick is flexibility. MS doesn’t always let you run a military timetable, sometimes it’s more like “surprise side quest unlocked.” 😂 Even 15-20 mins consistently through the week can massively help fatigue, mood, balance and sleep. Exercise genuinely creates energy for me now which sounds backwards until you experience it yourself.
