Hey guys, I was diagnosed with MS on 14th Jan 2025 after a month in hospital unable to speak or move, I was given steroids on new year (not sure which ones unfortunately) however i can talk easily (with slurring when im really tired) I still can't walk for longer than 2mins and I'm tired 90% of the time. The doctor who diagnosed me was going ro guve me meds to help but ended up stating he never said such a thing and now I have to wait until 13th March. I feel as though I've been let down by the NHS (I live in scotland) any suggestions as to what I can do without the medications to help me? Thanks
