Weight loss

Has any one had any problems with weight gain? Has any one taken Glp-1 patches. Before being diagnosed i had lost weight with no explanation and now 2yrs after diagnosed I've gain my weight back and more. What's help anyone lose weight.?

Back away from the comfort food & overeating (no judgement just can empathise - tell myself same thing!!! Hoping I’m gonna start to listen SOON!!!) take care of you & be patient - no one is perfect we are all just HUMAN 😳🙄🤷‍♀️🍀🤞💪☺️
