Flares

Question. How often do you all get flares and how long do they last and what might cause them? Im trying to keep track of mine. But I'm trying to see what might help me. I know everyone is different.

I get flares as often as I sneeze but to be able to tell the difference is if the flair doesn’t go away within a couple hours and lasts about 24-48 hours could be a whole relapse

I get flares now and then. They last from a few days to a week or two, depending how severe. Some say viruses and infections can bring them on, sometimes they just come on regardless. 🦠 Painkillers and physiotherapy exercises is my go to self treatment and it works for most flares. 💊
