When to go to ER ?

Hi my name is Ashtyn this is all very new to me I was diagnosed in 2012 with Lupus fast forward to Nov 2025 when I lost my vision completely.. I had many prior uveitus episodes so I went to eye dr vs Er they spent 2 months trying to get my vision back .. lol they were scheduling a cornea transplant when my neighbor insisted I go to Er .. while there I found out it was not lupus I had been dealing with but MS !! I knew nothing about this disease but 2 days into steroid infusion at hospital I had all my vision back.. I had been wearing a I’ve vest for well over 13-years thinking it was my lupus extreme fatigue everyone told me was due to me losing my son to murder. And my other son being in a coma with a extremely severe TBI .. I had so many symptoms from ms that I spent so long thinking were lupus .. I have been told Ocrevus is my best choice from Neurologist but they rescheduled for later this month. I’m experiencing new things like not being able to drink from a straw ?? Not finding words I’m trying to say . And now the vision in my left eye is becoming blurry.. My insurance doesn’t cover the neuro I met from hospital stay which was 39 days so I am waiting to see my new one .. any advice?

Sounds like you need steroids to calm your eyes down, but that’s a medical decision, and I am not a doctor. When in doubt, get a doctor to look at things, whatever that means for you, if it’s ER? Then go to the ER. Vision is nothing to play around with, as you already understand.
