Cracking and Popping

I have been drained for 2 weeks. My blood pressure is sky high, and stabilized in “kinda high” with some BP meds. This past week - my spine, knee, arm, anything is Cracking when I stretch. Mind you this is super new for me and my lessions are in my head. Never been able to purposefully crack anything except my fingers my whole life!! I have another MRI tomorrow since I said I feel so crummy and even woke up with my hand asleep without any pressure. Is this an MS smoldering neuro inflammation thing?

@RC83 I’ve had fizzling in the back of my head, migraines, severe lethargy, and dizziness I was curious if I was just having inflammation and hence causing the weird cracking all the sudden lol Needless to say - I got myself a new swimsuit to swim at the gym pool to see if I just need to make these darn muscles strengthen! Try some yoga too! Thanks for answering 😝 New to the group and my first post neglected would made me feel REALLY like the new kid on the block!
