Not sure how the appt booking works across the pond, but with my neuro team, I typically have to book my own appts with the front desk staff at the request of my MS NP. If I wait for them to call, it could take forever. Generally speaking thou, it cannot hurt to get a second opinion if your not satisfied with your neurologist or ms nurse. You definitely deserve a solid ms neurologist who is knowledgeable, thoughtful and listens to you. I wish you all the best on your ms journey..
