So sick of rubbish care!

Today I told the medical day unit to not book me back in for my monthly tysabri infusion as I’m so over having rubbish care from my hospital. I’ve been with this hospital for just over 2 and a half years, I’ve had two MRIs in that time and never met my neurologist, my ms nurse ignores everything I tell her and you can’t get hold of anyone for love nor money. Any suggestions about what to do?

Sorry to hear this…sounds really difficult. I would maybe try and speak to the PALS team at your hospital. They can help help you resolve concerns or problems and speak to the team on your behalf. It might not solve things but it’s worth a try x

I'm about to start Ocrevus next week and it's my 6th treatment change in last 10 years. I think some of my changes in the past were not fully explained why and others were done much later than they should have. Also my MS nurse has left again and I wasn't notified until I wanted to complain over how my Kesimpta was being dealt with from Pharmaxo and their excuses why it was common to be a day late delivering.
