Ongoing stress

Im currently going through ongoing issues with my neighbour, we used to be friends however in feb this year it came to ahead, i have only known her for over a year. But all the while she was asking very personal questions, telling me that i should be more than what im doing, to to the gym and lose weight, always there and treating me awfully when I tried to tell her I wanted to step back from the friendship she got all angry and has been causing a lot of stress since then, police and council are not interested in this as they say its not harassment or anti social behaviour however shes presented all the signs of this, however im constantly worried about relapsing and getting worse. Im due for my next mri next year but im constantly worried that its going to show more lesions, apart from going to the ombudsman and getting them involved and looking for somewhere else to live i dont know what else to do about the stress and constant worry! Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?
@ClaireVS

That must be really terrible for you. I'm afraid the best advice I can give is to just try to completely ignore her. Her efforts to upset you will only continue if she sees that she is upsetting you. Bullies get bored of they get no response back. I know it's hard to do but it should work. Hope it improves for you

The best way to deal with her is to go on living your best life. Focus on your goals and pursue them. Stress isn’t caused by the things that happen in your life but how you respond to them. Pray your worries to God and leave them in his hands.
