I have not been on Briumvi, but I was on Ocrevus infusions for 4 years. Breathe. 🧘‍♂️ These are actually pretty easy to get through. Ocrevus takes several hours, where your med is slated for about an hour, plus observation time. They may give you Benedryl and a steroid before the infusion, as precautionary pre-meds. Breathe 🧘 You may need snacks, and be sure to dress extra comfy and warm! Infusions make you cold from the inside. Bring entertainment, as you are going to be sitting, doing nothing, but getting meds to calm your system. Breathe 🧘‍♀️. You will be fine.
