MS sometimes causes people to sweat in their sleep. If anyone has or hasn't experienced this what can be done to stop night sweat episodes?

Ai says: Multiple sclerosis (MS) can cause patients to experience night sweats primarily through damage to the autonomic nervous system, which governs involuntary body functions like temperature regulation. When these nerves are damaged, the body's internal "thermostat"—specifically the hypothalamus—struggles to maintain a consistent temperature, leading to episodes of intense heat and sweating during sleep.

Yesterday in the uk we had exceptionally warm weather yesterday. I went to bed with my winter duvet, slipper socks and a log fire. I didn't sweat as i had no protein in the evening - try it, it may work for yoy.
