Extended Fasting...

Hi 👋 It's one of those rare occasions i speak, normally i'm just a watcher 😉. I have been intermittent fasting for 14 months now, it really works for me. I did a 40 hour fast last year and decided to go longer this week. On holiday from work so perfect opportunity. I did a 60 hour water fast and do feel good now i've replenished nutrients. I did lots of research/reading prior, one interesting thing (bonus) ive got since is I was unaware of food that tastes AMAZING now, my tastebuds have awoken 🤩. I was wondering if anyone else does any fasting habits themselves as it really intrigues me as personally i feel the 'gut' is so key. Thanks for reading, have a cracking day! 🥳
