Intrathecal stem cell injection t

Hi everyone, long time MSer, 1st time poster. Here's my story. In January I transitioned from RRMS to SPMS. It sent me into shock. For a time I was inconsolable. However after a period of grieving, I picked myself up and got to work. I cut dairy, gluten, eggs, most carbs, refined sugars and nightshades from my diet (level 3 of wahls paleo). I set up a GoFundMe to raise money to see if an experimental stem cell therapy could help. As you guys know, you'd try anything. Then, I went over to Serbia and stayed 2 weeks getting IV and Intrathecal (directly into the spinal fluid) stem cells, from both my own bone marrow and donor stem cells. When I got home, I did an intensive 40 hours of neuro physio in a private clinic. I was fatigued by the end of every day. Still, after all of this, my 6 minute walk test went from 400 to 507 meters. I still have an awful tremor. I still have bad days. Still can't trust my bowels :p But the whole experience showed me it's not all downhill from here. I've linked a paper about this type of therapy. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38783390/ Wishing everyone nothing but the best
