First Tysabri infusion

So I had my first infusion of Tysabri/Tyruko today and I know that people tend to tolerate it very well. I literally feel fine it’s been a few hours and now I’m paranoid that it means it won’t work 😂 my last DMT Tecfidera my white blood cell count barely shifted (which it’s sort of meant to) and it didn’t work. Anyone had this treatment work for them and feel absolutely fine on it??

Not Tysabri no but Tecfidera you mention has worked well for me Long Term. I had a relapse 1yr after taking it (common) then none for the past 6yrs (also common). My Lymph count is right where they want it ie. Well above 1.0. Good luck with Tysabri.

I've been in Tysabri, now tyruko for 15 months. The first time I felt nothing but the second, it made all of the nerves which are numb itch like hell. Like the worst itch in the world. Which when it affects half my torso it was uncomfortable. Now I look forward to it happening in a sick sort of way, I like to think it means it's working.
