Top tip: Don't train for how it will make you look; train for how it makes you feel. Consistency wins the race. If you enjoy going to the gym, you'll go more often. Start with 30-minute sessions and gradually increase them. Don't be afraid to fail. You don't have to be great to get started, but you have to start to be great. Focus on the basics: move more and eat less. A well-hydrated body is great at burning fat. Throw away the scale—weight is not an accurate measure to base your weight loss journey on. Instead, take photos. The best things in life require effort. Don't listen to false promises and get-fit-quick schemes like eating lettuce leaves for three days and then binging on chocolate. It's not a sprint but a marathon. I was fed up with being overweight and unattractive, and now I'm just unattractive. Best of luck from the other side of the UK! 😉💪
