What does everyone think about remyelination
Since I’ve been diagnosed, I’ve done research into MS, thought I might as well understand it if I have to live with it.
Currently looking into foods and vitamins that help with the natural remyelination process.
Hoping to reduce the some of the symptoms I’m currently dealing with such as fatigue, bladder urgency (which I think is getting better) and brain fog.
Start out with vitamins D3, and K2. K2 will reduce the risk of D3 causing kidney stones. Lions Mane mushrooms and cannabichromene (CBC) oil are two supplements that I have been using for a couple years now to promote remyelination. Haven't had a MRI scan for several years, so I don't have proof of their efficacy, but the CBC oil has gotten rid of my cognitive fog. Another supplement to look into is resveratrol. It strengthens the blood-brain barrier. It has many health benefits, but I mainly take it to prevent progression. And from what I've read, all of the above works better when you add whatever aerobic exercise you can handle.
@ilovems I don’t know why you are commenting on my post then, you know what they say misery loves company
