So as of Monday last week I lost my job due to having a long MS relapse and now I’m having to start the dreaded PIP application process 🙄🥺 If anyone’s got any tips or tricks to help I would be very grateful 🙏🏻 Also I got taken into hospital via ambulance last Thursday due to a severe 10 head pain which also came with pains in my neck and shoulders. They potentially thought it could of been a bleed on the brain as it came on very sudden. I had a CT scan which showed no bleeds. Then they decided to do a Lumbar Puncture procedure in my ward bed whilst still on my ward and they tried this three times one after another and all failed to drain any fluid. Then the following day they took me down to theatre for a final attempt which luckily managed to be successful and then resulted in also confirming not bleeds on the brain. The whole time I was in hospital they were giving me dehydracodiene and I had syrup morphine at one point because all the pain became intolerable but it turns out with having Neurological problems you aren’t meant to give neurological patients any opioids. Having a pretty bad time and struggling massively 🥺😭
