This disease can be very, very hard. But you’re still a pup—you’re young, and MS can be especially active early on. With the right treatment and pacing techniques, things can settle down, and there really can be light at the end of the tunnel. I make no bones about it: what you’re going through right now is bloody hard. But the science and treatments available to us MSers have come on massively. You don’t have to fight every second—sometimes resting is part of the fight too. I really hope you bounce back soon, dude ❤️
