Hi guys, I've had this sharp shooting pain in my lower back on the left side it lasts for a few minutes but it's really intense for the little while it lasts It has only happened twice once last month and then again yesterday I'm not sure if I should be concerned about it Any advice as to what might cause this or any one experience something similar?
