Tingling feet / vertigo
Anyone have any advice or suggestions that they’ve done to help ease the vertigo and the numbness of limbs?

@jamil_akim_oquinn Hi and welcome. I know how you feel. Ask your med team gp, ms nurse and the like to be referred to a Neuro physio they'll help you cope with the symptoms better. I'm afraid for me at least it's always there, you just learn how to ignore it and manage how you do things slightly differently. Welcome again.
