Tingling/aches

Morning all. Does anyone else get in bed at night and your body/ limbs start to ache/ tingles, so your body feels heavy and you feel you can’t move your body in anyway? Well this happens to me at least once a week. However last night this happened to me last night. however, I had the worst pain in my jaw and one side of my face and headaches! Any ideas? Why I would have this pain in my jaw! Thanks 🙂

Sounds like the jaw pain might be trigeminal neuralgia. It can cause pain on one side of the face/jaw. Usually nerve pain medications help.

@rebeccar07 , I agree that Trigeminal Neuralgia could be the cause :- https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/trigeminal-neuralgia You'll find that sensory symptoms aren't worse at night, they're just more noticeable, due to the lack of other sensory distractions........
