It's so noisy!

Right in the middle of a hyperacusis attack, in proper English: sound sensitivity that is literally making you nauseous, and want to punch a hole in the duvet that is trying to warm my feet. It's not really working. It never does. My symptoms: trigeminal neuralgia, fatigue, vertigo and the noise of my own breathing that is getting on my nerves (no pun intended, central nervous system). Has anyone else with RRMS hyperacusis attacks as well? If so, what do you do to block out the noise? Feel free to either answer here or send me a private message from my https://irelandms.com/contact/ Thanks!

Hi @billie Welcome to the club 😀 I suffer from Tinnitus so I can kinda get where your coming from. Although your prob comes across as a bit more bothersome. An other lass on here mentioned something about noise cancelling headphones and something about white a or a pink noise generator's . I leave the TV on turned right down and on a timer in my room at night. Just enough to help keep my head from buzzing. Feel free to ask anything you like we'll try and find an answer one way or the other. This link might be of some help. https://www.mstrust.org.uk/a-z/hearing-problems Welcome again 😀
