Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum. I just wanted to ask for some advice regarding cooling vests/ scarves. My symptoms are much worse during the warmer weather and I was thinking of trying a vest/ scarf. I have looked online and there are many different types available. I just wondered could anyone recommend one in particular - that has worked for them? Thanks - Paula
