Hello

Hi, I'm new here. Got diagnosed in Jan2022 replaping remitting MS. Since then I have been on Tecfidera (had to give it up, low lymphocytes) to then move to Copaxone/Brabio (same medicine but Copaxone in France is Brabio in UK). Diagnosed in Italy where I am spending my Xmas to then be treated in France where I used to live and then UK where I have been living so far, ahead of going back to France. Need advices on the different health system I can :D

Hi I take Tec, my lymphocytes are currently 1.3, what did yours drop too to be taken off it?

I believe yours is ok. I think the threshold to stop Tec is lymph <0,5x109/L after 6 months. Anyway I believe, at least this is the protocol in France and Italy and I guess eveywhere is the same, that the neurologist prescribes blood test every 3 months to monitor the liver and lymph and decide if to continue or not. I am sure that in case there is something wrong your consultant would flag it to you.
