FES
First attempt at putting the FES on by myself last night went well, even though it was only for an hour. Apparently You can only put it on for an hour a day the first week to get use to the electrodes. All I can say is that is a weird feeling lol x
may be a strange feeling but it is an amazing piece of equipment. have been using on both feet for last 4 years and it is truly amazing!
