@oldmanjenks , I understand where you are coming from with this as I myself have gone through what you are currently experiencing, and it’s no fun. I reached out for help as I was too ashamed to even make contact with my local GP and anyone else out there. The contact that I reached was the MHC (Mens Health Clinic), and everything that they told me, really opened my eyes. I can go into much further detail if you would like me to, but this message would feel as so it is being made into the Great Wall of China. 😅
