@mmhhpp , I think it's just unique to Oxfordshire. But, if they get away with it, I can see it being replicated nationwide.......... It's at times like this, that I feel I should have spent my life spending money as soon as it was earned. Living a frugal life, saving a bit for your retirement, is a millstone round our necks now and we will be penalised. Social care, my arse!
