Does anybody have any balance exercises that they find actually helps improve it?

Yoga has helped me a lot. My balance problems aren’t actually from MS, they’ve been there since I was a child. But I’ve noticed a progressive improvement since doing yoga. I know other people use balance boards? I can only do that if I’m quite close to a wall :-) The mS society also has exercises for balance on their site
