Mayzent/siponimod
Had rrms for 25 years now diagnosed with spms. Due to start mayzent/siponimod after being on Tysabri for 20 years. Anyone gone through something similar? And what’s been your experience?

Ive recently changed my drug. I was on Tecfidera 8yrs. Siponimod was one of the new drugs I was offered. I thought if I'm going to go through the hassle of changing I might as well change to something better. Siponimod wasn't so I changed to Kesimpta. FYI Tysabri has an efficacy rating of approx 70% and Siponimod is around 50% compared to taking nothing. Also when you come off Tysabri MS is renound for bouncing back with avengence - recommend you watch Aaron Bosters YouTube video on Drug Wash-out periods. He advises to hit the MS hard and fast with something potent like Ocrevus after Tysabri to reduce the risk. I'm so sorry this probably isn't what you wished to hear but after having done the research myself I thought I'd let you know.
