Spinning Vertigo

Hello all I wonder if this is familiar with anyone 6 weeks ago I had spinning vertigo, not for long. Since then I have had dizziness, a bulging ear drum and had antibiotics and generally not felt very well at all and exhausted. Has anyone had this? Anything that’s head related I worry something has changed. Thankyou

I've had vertigo caused by MS before (v unpleasant). This sounds like vertigo mostly caused by an ear infection though (you might also have MS vertigo in the mix as well, of course). When I first had vertigo it was misdiagnosed as an ear infection (this was before my MS diagnosis). This infection also sounds like it's causing the MS fatigue to really kick in though. Hopefully once the antibiotics kick in you'll lose the vertigo. Ear infections are horrible but with MS as well it must be tough. I hope you start feeling better very soon.
