Symptoms dismissed by neurologist...

So I just had an appointment with my neurologist, pretty much my complaint of "it's tiring to even exist" was probably taken the wrong way, plus she said it's just because of my abdominal obesity? Like MS does not cause fatigue??? Brain lesions, PIRA, no? I mean.. I'm kinda mad at that???? Am I wrong?

I have appointment tomorrow with my neurologist. I’m not in a good way so expecting something crap tomorrow. Really crap
