I'm Isaac - a UCL student passionate about learning more about MS and how we can work together to help each other. I'm not currently diagnosed, but am working to build something to really help people impacted. by chronic diseases.

Best advice I wish I'd got when Dx'd (though Covid lockdowns almost instantly got in the way) are 1) travel as much as you can while you can 2) exercise as much as you can
