Does anyone else start to say something with such confidence only to forget everything you were even talking about? Like not even just the words you were going to say but the entire idea. It didn't happen much when I was diagnosed 10 years ago but since I've had Covid Delta variant, flu, Covid (not sure of variant), the flu, and broke both my ankles between 2021 and 2023 in that order, I will be talking to my husband trying to tell him something and the entire thought disappears completely. He even tries to jog my memory to no avail.
