i am in dundee and its so hot i work in a hospital so that dose not help how do everyone handle it?

Hi, I go get in the car and put the air con on for a bit. If I can't do that then I go to the kitchen and run cold water over my wrists to try and cool my blood down. 28 deg today in Worcester.
