tremor

has anybody experienced a tremor when their MS first started? I have had one for about 5 months - it hasn't got any worse / better. It's most present when I bend a finger forward/down , but is also present when my hand is still. Has anybody experienced any type of tremor? What was it like and how long did it last?

Hi- This isn't a symptom that I have experienced but when I use google I see it is a possibility as I suppose anything that involves the nervous system can be. Your post caught my eye as my mother had Parkinson's and, of course, developed tremors. It definitely impacted her ability to hold silverware and feed herself. Recently I saw utensils that could correct for this and wish they would have been around for her so new helpful devices continue to be developed. Your profile indicates that you are not yet diagnosed. Are you set up with a Neurologist and plan to set up an MRI? That is the typical diagnosis tool while some facilities sometime still also involve Lumbar Punctures.
