(UK) Meds not delivered due to no prescription?!

I'm under the Salford Royal (UK) team and on Kesimpta - Pharmaxo usually deliver my meds but none have been delivered. I'm supposed to inject in 4 days time, spoke to Pharmaxo and they say they have been chasing my prescription with Salford Royal 3 or 4 times but have not received one, and so cant deliver? Is anyone else having issues getting hold of their meds?

Might be worth contacting your MS nurse/team about this @gareth just to check that your Kesimpta was actually sent from their end

I had that issue very recently actually. I was quite concerned as I was needing to inject that week. I reported the issue on my Sciensus app, and they were able to get in touch with me within a couple of days. I was a couple of weeks late for my injections which was rather annoying. The following medication order, my Sciensus team, had got in touch with me to discuss my prescription to be delivered earlier to prevent that issue from happening again.
