MS Centers
Hello everyone. I feel like the 3 “MS CENTERS” I’ve been too always ended up being mostly medication/infusion monitoring. When I read about a center and all they have to offer they don’t really have it all and/or some kind of road block occurs. Like, waiting list for wellness program.
Problem is as you all know is that there aren’t an abundant amount of centers without traveling.
It’s very frustrating because I feel like I’m not getting care other than the infusions and not being educated on things I should do other than meds.

Hi we don't have MS Centers in the UK but still experience the same problem. It's like DMT are the one size fits all blanket approach. Drug you up and ship you off. But symptoms management is lacking. I have found asking about my specific symptoms on here and advice helps me much more :) What are you top 3 most difficult issues?
@SmileyRiley various charities such as the MS Society have centres in the UK that offer various services. It might be worth reaching out to your local society if you haven’t to understand what’s available local to you 👍
