Kesimpta - first blood results after 6 months

I've just had my first bloods back after 6 months on kesimpta. The white blood cells and lymphocytes are raised not lowered , I thought they would go down? Does this mean it hasn't worked? I haven't had my mri results back yet. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

My understanding is that Kesimpta just depletes the Non-memory B Cells, whereas a Lymphocyte count eg. 1.5 is an overall count including all types of B+T Cells. So it is still technically possible for Kesimpta to be working if say your Lymp count went from 1.5 to 1.6.
