Baclofen and muscle weakness

I started baclofen last week, initially 5mg once a day (evening), increased to 10mg today, for horrible right leg spasms in the evening. The MS nurses warned me it might make weakness more obvious but I didn't think anything of it as wasn't aware of any weakness. Went for a run today, my right leg normally feels a little stiff when I run. Today it felt awful, like running on jelly. Question: could this be a side effect of baclofen (had the dose the night before)? If so, any tips on how to manage this? Feel like I've solved one problem to create another :(
@Zach420

Well medications do affect everyone differently but I did not have an issue with the 10 mg baclofen like causing an issue like that or making anything like that happen. It really haven't had had any effect on how I felt or behaved or acted or was able to. I guess I don't know wherever but yeah I've been taking it for over a year and I have found no side effects similar to the ones that you were describing

Balcofan made me feel drunk—in a bad way. I couldn’t understand what people were saying to me—like it stopped my brain from processing. My sis (a pharmacist) says muscle relaxers do some crazy stuff to the body. Since the leg has muscles and balcofen is a muscle relaxer—I’d say there is a strong possibility it caused jelly legs. Though correlation is not causation so it’s not 100pct.
