I have experienced where my legs would jump when I was watching TV. If I moved my leg to a different position it would stop. Afterr a while it got worse. I went to my Dr. & got a prescription for Restless Leg Syndrome - Pramipexole 0.25mg 1 tablet 3 times a day. I have been on this medication for years. Yes, it basically works but the odd time, my legs will jump when I am in bed. Not for a long time, just every now and then. No big deal for me. Lorna
