Weakness

Hi all, has anyone found a way to improve leg, arm and general body weakness, many thanks x

Hi I use tension bands and small weights while I watch tv. And do stretches Recently invested in a rowing machine from Argos to keep up my cardio as treadmill getting too difficult due to foot drop. Just keep moving.

what kersh100 said I've been going to physio and given a tension band and exercises and admit it does help but don't go to mad otherwise fatigue
