I live in the US(Massachusetts). I have a neurogenic bladder. I tried many options as it drove me crazy along with frequent UTI infections. I had an InterStim surgically implanted. It's a small pacemaker like device placed in your upper buttock with a wire leading to the sacral nerve that controls impulses. I was hesitant to do this but it was my last resort. It helps immensely! Best of luck!
