Does anyone ever feel like theyre been bitten buy bugs

I often feel like things are crawling up my legs if I am sat at my desk. There's never anything there. But I also get bitten all the time by actual bugs as well so it gets a bit confusing. I'm very sensitive when it comes to my skin anyway as an autistic person so one cause blends into another. I just have to get on with it not knowing if it's a real bug, a sensory issue or my imagination. I hate bugs.....and imaginary ones.
