Hello Skidders. I'm 63 too - diagnosed with PPMS a year and a half ago. I find this place good. I've benefitted from a lot of personal experience here from people who have been down the road before me. I wish you well.

@Skidders Welcome, I was diagnosed in 2014 as well. Good to have more OAPs on the site :-), not that I'm retired, yet.
