I am going mad, someone please help

I have sleepless nights with all shit fights being going on in my brain. It's becoming so out of control that I have started throwing stuff on Wall. Some regrets, some insults I face, some humiliations. Can someone help how to get rid of these?
@kizzey

Hi I don't know your particular circumstances but I sympathise with you as I have been there my self and still find it hard to go to sleep straight away, I spoke to my MS nurse and GP as I did not want to go down the more medications route they suggested medication, mindfulness, CBT. I meditate everyday and find it has really helped me and I try to wind down early in the evening, no TV, mobile, computer and don't eat late plus no tea/coffee. You should try and make sure outside influences don't annoy you, it's difficult and I have tried to explain to friends and family how they can effect my thinking and how they can help me stay relaxed when they are around, they don't always realise they are stressing me out. Try and find some relaxing music to listen to when you go to bed as I find it helps my mind stop relax. Hope you can find some peace best of luck

@sillyme-2, you are most certainly not silly, and I echo @kizzey's comments re winding down from around 7pm with the measures as suggested. An additional suggestion would be seek a referral to your GP for counselling (CBT) I would concur is preferable as is solution based as opposed to simple talking therapy, although it is your own preference of course. This may really assist with fighting any internal "demons" that like to surfeit to plague you when you are seeking to sleep in particular, especially if you are not opening up to your loved ones, or feel they do not understand you and what you are facing. Good luck!
