Hi all, Oh recommended to a new employer about a oh assessment... for reasonable adjustments I feel like theyre trying go get out of that part Shes tried to ask me what adjustments i think ill need so they can discuss it... apparently she doesnt know my diagnosis yet.. Ive experienced so many delays etc for a start date I have felt so stressed and anxious As given their background & the recommendation I would have thought they would just do the OH call... Let me know what you think please? I feel so uncomfortable
