Do you tell your colleagues at work? My manager in a meeting tried to tell me she thinks I should let them know. They are a small team we're all girls. They seem nice
But when I began my role I did state I wanted my diagnosis confidential. I think some of my colleagues may already know.
It is awkward if im ever remote when we're meant to attend the office as on some occasions my colleagues have spoken negatively about people when they don't go in (they do it themselves to lol)
But anyway Im not sure if my manager said it so it gives my colleagues some context when im remote if theyre at the office.
My workplace is far my alarm is 5.30a.m so it is exhausting for my fatigue & commute
Im not sure what to do i feel so awkward
I really didn't want to disclose but even an infusion day feels awk sometimes to as i wont be at work but I think they should also be less open with each other. 🙈🙊 sometimes things are personal
I did want a role closer to home so.. but for now I am there
Let me know what you think? 🤍

Totally up to you and what you feel comfortable with! My colleagues of 4 years have no idea, my manager knows. I’m open to sharing but the moment has never popped up. It feels like everyone talks about themselves a lot and it’s easy to just let the conversation roll on without saying much. It’s amazing what people complain about health wise and how often they say they’re tired lol if only they knew what that actually felt like 🙃 Try not to over think it, work is already exhausting enough without questioning others opinions of you, it’s all just guesswork and irrelevant 💕
