Feeling frustrated
Hi everyone, hope everyone is doing well enough.
It's been a while since my last post here 😅.
Does anyone is having issues with Support on Hand for Kesimpta?
They had a major update as the customer support told me ...and ever since then I cannot synchronise my phone with the app.
I've been trying over 1 week now ...follow the steps the customer support to do and still I get errors... even that my access is denied and that my account may be blocked or suspended.
It so frustrating 😑.

Yep. I've given up with it. Same issue as you. I just use the Kesimpta diary to write my Kesimpta injections down.
