I'm pretty sure that M.S. symptoms will have started soon after having the Covid vaccine for some people, but that doesn't mean one caused the other, any more than getting Covid symptoms after eating pizza means pizza causes Covid, or being sick after waking up means that waking up causes vomiting... Things happening at the same time or in quick succession doesn't by itself mean there's a causal link between them.
